Continuing Education Webinar: Project Management 101
Project management is a critical component of the execution and successful completion of any project. ASABE member Debabrata Sahoo, Clemson University, will provide a comprehensive overview of industry-standard practices, including strategic planning, scoping, budgeting and time management. It also covers execution through time leadership and client communication, oversight via quality assurance and risk management. 

In addition, the webinar will highlight career opportunities in project management within the industry, with a particular focus on environmental, natural resources, water resources, and ecological engineering fields. The webinar will also discuss various project management certification courses that are beneficial for professionals. 

Debabrata Sahoo is associate professor in sustainable water resources engineering at Clemson University. His research is focused on developing strategies for sustainable water resources for contrasting and competing users. 

Those in attendance will receive 1 PDH, certificate to be distributed by email after completion of session.
